Brian Causey - COO

Brian has been working professionally in the field of horticulture since 1999. His passion for horticulture developed in his childhood years. As he established his foothold in the Central Florida area, he focused primarily on residential maintenance. With an impressive resume as a leader with upscale residential communities including Isleworth and Celebration, to commercial properties including Universal Studios and Seaworld. Exquisite Lawn Care was purchased in 2010 as a small residential company operating 1 team, he has since grown it to a substantial company employing over 40 full time team members. His qualifications include being certified as an Arborist with the international society of arboriculture, a certified horticultural professional with the FNGLA, A Florida Friendly landscape professional with the University of Florida, a Best Management Practices instructor, and a horticultural professional with Valencia College. He continues to extend his education in horticulture.

Rachel Causey - Accounts Manager

Born in the UK, Rachel emigrated to Florida in 2006. Just before emigrating she completed her MSc in Environmental Science from the University of Wales, Bangor. After the arrival of her twin boys in 2011 she chose to work full-time for the family business to give her the most flexibility during their earlier years. Rachel has been an integral part of creating the office side of Exquisite Lawn care as it has grown substantially over the years, from financials to HR and promotional events and networking. Rachel is versed in dealing with large commercial contracts and vendor compliance, to smaller HOA'S and residential properties.

Sven Rasmussen - CEO/Owner

With over 4 decades in senior business management experience, Sven has continuously looked for the next venture in life. He graduated College with a Master of Business Administration. A self-driven individual and a natural leader, Sven has always found drive in the field of finance and business development. When the opportunity arose to purchase Exquisite Lawn Care in 2010, he found it to be the perfect opportunity in a new field with new challenges and a chance to expand his portfolio. Combined with the horticulture experience of Brian and administration experience of Rachel, this was a great investment opportunity.
